PURPOSE:To realize a rational calculation of the lodging charges when reserving a hotel room, by performing the calculation so as to reduce the total amount to the lodging charges in case the total amount of the dish group selected among many dishes exceeds the prescribed amount of money. CONSTITUTION:A sample book containing color photos is prepared to ensure a quick decision of contents for various kinds of dishes, and a mark is given to each dish along with the same, mark and price of each dish written onto the reservation form. Such sample book is shown to a custommer when he or she reserves a room for selection of a desired dish. When the total amount of dishes exceeds the prescribed amount of hotel chagres, the total amount is defined as the hotel charges to accept the reservation. Thus no additional charge is applied to the room charge, tax, service charge and others. In such way, a hotel guest can select freely the dishes to increase the joy of trip, and at the same time a rational calculation is possible for the lodging charges. |
