<p>PURPOSE:To preserve fibrous vegetables in a state close to nature, by embedding the substances of fibrous vegetables in a storing matter obtained by blending lees of bean-curd with salt. CONSTITUTION:Lees of bean-cured are blended with 30-70wt% salt based on total amount to prepare a storing matter, which is put in a pickle container, e.g., plastic container, etc. Fibrous vegetable (bamboo shoot, bracken, flowering fern, kidney bean, etc.) are embedded in it.</p> |
