PURPOSE:To realize earlier discovery and restoration of defected status of setters, etc. for a plant easily, by making the operation for all the counters monitored with one set of microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The value of an output terminal OUT of a setter is read into a monitoring computer at time point X1, and the 1st operation step SA1 or SB1 of the 1st monitor program P1 is executed at the time point X1-1 after 50msec. The 2nd- 8th operation steps SA1 or SB1-SA8 or SB8 are executed at time points X1-2- X1-8. Similarly, the monitor programs are repetitively executed at the time points X2, X3...X8. Further, the deviation among the values calculated at a monitor computer at the time points X1-X8 and the value reading-in the output terminal OUT of a setter actually is calculated once in a monitor program, and if the deviation is a given value or more, a failure signal is transmitted each monitor program. |
