PURPOSE:To improve the broad band characteristics of an infinite phase shifter, by inputting the otput of a differential amplifier to 2 sets of 0-pi amplitude modulators through distribution and synthesizing the output of the 0-pi amplitude modulators with a phase difference of pi/2. CONSTITUTION:An input signal Sin is divided into two at a branch circuit 1 and inputted to a pair transistor TR2. On the other hand, output points A, B of transistors 2, 3 of a differential amplifier I are connected to diodes 7, 8 via coupling capacitors C1, C2 respectively. Further, a neutral point P of the diodes 7, 8 is connected to one end of a synthesis circuit 9 via a coupling capacitor C3. Further, the constitution is the same for a differential amplifier II, except the provision of a phase shifter 10 in pi/2 before the synthesis circuit 9. Further, the output of the synthesizer 9 is outputted via an automatic level adjuter consisting of a level detector 11, comparator 12 and reference voltage V2. |
