<p>PURPOSE:To realize the numbering prints at and after the second time for a reading device having a numbering mechanism, by printing a new number with a shift of position in case a number is already printed on a fed slip. CONSTITUTION:When a slip 1 is fed to a reading head part 6', a numbering recognizing part 13 recognizes whether or not a numbering print is already given to transmit the result of recognition to a numbering control part 8'. When no numbering print is given, a print command is given to a numbering mechanism part 7 to print a lot or sequence number 12. If a numbering print is already given, the part 8' gives a print command to the part 7 after the lapse of a certain time from a time point when a detection signal is delivered from a tip detection sensor 9. Thus the number 14 is printed at the back side of the number 12 that is printed precedently.</p> |
