PURPOSE:To make it possible to model face materials of various sectional configurations by a method wherein a female mold having a sectional configuration identical with that of the upper surface of each of the face materials is formed of a plurality of thin metallic plates such that the metallic plates are arranged in lateral layers and the lower edges of the metallic plates are held against the upper surface of each of the face plates. CONSTITUTION:The metallic plates 1 in lateral layers are inserted into a box 22 from a lower open side of the box and a bag 3 is arranged above the metallic plates 1 so as to push the metallic plates downward by feeding a pressurized liquid into the bag. Then, the lower edges C of the metallic plates are held against the face material D' so that the metallic plates 1 are pushed upward one by one to thereby form the female mold. |
