PURPOSE:To assign images easily and quickly without using any image retrieval means by providing a means of moving images in X-Y directions and aligning the desired part of said images to the optical axis of a high magnification projecting optical system. CONSTITUTION:An entire surface projecting system 3 for projecting the images over the entire surface of a microfiche F and a one frame projecting system 4 for projecting the image of one frame on the microfiche F are provided within a body 1. A fiche carrier 13 which is movable in X-Y directions within a horizontal plane is disposed on the optical axis of the system 3 and between a lighting device 5 and an entire surface projecting lens 6. One frame of the microfiche F is moved onto the optical axis of a projecting lens 11, and the image of the assigned frame is projected easily and quickly on the screen 2 by this lens 11. |
