PURPOSE:To manufacture crystalline silicate with superior catalytic performance by adding ethers, ketones or esters to a mixture consisting of silica, a transition metal, alumina, an alkali metal and water and by reacting them. CONSTITUTION:As the silica source a common source is used, and sodium aluminate is most suitable for use as the alumina source. As the alkali metal its Na, K or Ca salt is used, and as the transition metal Fe, Co, Ni, La, Ti or Cr is used. The ethers include ethyl ether and di-n-butyl ether, the ketones include diethyl ketone and di-isobutyl ketone, and the esters include ethyl acetate. The reaction temp. is about 80-300 deg.C, and the reaction time is about 0.5-14 days. The reaction mixture is cooled, filtered, washed and dried. |
