<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a highly smooth and inexpensive lens barrel which does not cause disconnection of a female side barrel and a male side barrel by manufacturing the female side barrel of a resin by making use of the female side barrel as a jig for forming the male side barrel. CONSTITUTION:A female side lens barrel 6 which is made by turning a metallic such as aluminum or molding a PPS resin or the like is fixed by the movable side cores 22, 23, stripper plate 17 and core 21 on stationary side of dies, and a polystyrene resin or the like is injected into a cavity part 25 through a resin injecting path 14. When the molding is removed from the dies after cooling, the barrel 6 is molded into a shape secured with a cylindrical part 8 at one end. These barrels 6, 8 are fixed by means of movable side cores 32, 33, a stripper plate 31b, a slide core, and a stationary side core 29 and a PPS resin or the like is injected into a cavity 35. After the cooling, the molding is removed, and the cylindrical part 8 is dissolved away in a chemical soln. Thereby, the highly smooth and inexpensive lens barrel which does not cause disconnection of the female side barrel 6 and the male side barrel 7 is obtained.</p> |
