PURPOSE:To control an apparatus to be controlled from any place where a push-phone is provided, by using a dial signal tone of the push-phone as a control signal. CONSTITUTION:In case of emergency operation by a push-phone 7, a station to be controlled is dialed, and a preliminarily determined dial key is depressed after conforming the line connection to output a certain signal tone (697Hz and 1,209Hz for dial 1,... 697Hz and 1,336Hz for dial 2,... 697Hz and 1,477Hz for dial 3,...), and this signal tone is used to transmit a control signal 102 to a slave station equipment 5. The slave station equipment 5 outputs a prescribed control signal to an apparatus 6 to be controlled in accordance with the output of the control signal 102. The push-phone 7 is generally provided in a place other than the installation plate of a master station equipment 1 also, and the apparatus 6 to be controlled is controlled in any place where the push-phone 7 is provided.
