<p>The panels can be used for building ready dressed interior partitions, and are made by mixing a binder such as epoxy resin with sand or water repellant plaster, the sand being either washed desert sand or river sand crushed and washed. Two identical mould tables are placed between the central mixer with a pump supplying each table in turn. Three sides of the mould table are fixed but one side retracts and carries parallel core inserts, which, when withdrawn from the set mould, leave various shaped air gaps in the panels.</p> |
