Funnel-shaped filter inset for coffee prepn. has an embossed section on the straight bottom edge and a further embossed section on each of the two opposite side edges. Both sides of the filter inset have opening edges extending congruent to each other in the opening area whilst there is a section of the edge extending parallel to the bottom edge in the centre of the opening area. Only the opening edges lying on either side of the straight edge section are either completely or partially burred to each other whereas the edge sections extending straight may be separated. |
