The present invention relates to a method for reconstructing an X-ray tomography, measured values which are determined as principal data from a multiplicity of beam-scattering regions, and further measured values, which are determined as secondary data from the remaining number of beam-scattering regions, and the beam absorption coefficient for image elements which form a tomography plane, being calculated for the purpose of reconstructing a tomography of the tissue under examination, as a result of which the measurement time can be shortened, the radiation dosage can be reduced, and even the tomography of a moving tissue can be clearly reconstructed and the quality of reconstruction improved.
