PURPOSE:To secure the highly efficient operations of an information processing system and an information processor, by proceeding the diagnosis using the normal clock to that using the diagnosis clock through the automatic switch of clocks. CONSTITUTION:An information processor 2 receives a diagnosis instruction from a diagnosis controller 1 and then supply of the normal clock from a clock supply device 3 with processing to perform the diagnosis with the normal clock. When the diagnosis is through with the normal clock, the diagnosis is given again to the processor 2 in order to avoid occurrence of a trouble. In this case, the diagnosis clock having a different cycle from the normal clock is used. that is, the server working conditions are required compared with those of the normal clock since the diagnosis clock has a shorter cycle than the normal clock. Thus the processor 2 can prevent occurrence of torubles. |
