摘要

PURPOSE:To realize high resolution and high light output by providing the convex/ concave on the surface of a substrate while providing the corresponding convex/ concave on the surface of a fluorescent film and forming the crack at the border along the convex/concave on the surface of the substrate at the inside of the fluorescent film. CONSTITUTION:Regular convex/concave is provided on the surface of a substrate and said surface is coated with a fluorescent film 1. A fluorescent face having the convex/concave corresponding with those on the substrate 2 is formed on the fluorescent film 1. With such structure the resolution of the fluorescent surface is improved while the light emitted at the light emitting point in the fluorescent film 1 is reflected completely and repeatedly in said film to prevent the light from dispersing from the circumferential section.
