PURPOSE:To obtain an enclosed type noiseless mixer by providing a fixed cylinder to the upper end of the hopper of the mixer, a movable cylinder to the upper part of the fixed cylinder, an air chamber inside the fixed cylinder, and an oil pressure chamber inside the movable cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A fixed cylinder 30 is attached to the upper end of a hopper, and a floating weight is provided in a vertically movable manner through a movable piston rod 32. On the other hand, a movable piston 31 is provided inside the fixed cylinder 30 and a movable cylinder 40 is further provided in connected manner. The air chambers 33 and 34 are provided at the upper and lower parts of the movable piston 31 inside the fixed cylinder 30, and the oil pressure chambers 43, 44 are provided at the upper and lower part of the fixed piston 41 inside the movable cylinder 40. In the system, compressed air is supplied into and discharged from the air chambers 33 and 34, a working oil is supplied into and discharged from the oil pressure chambers 43 and 44, and the floating weight is vertically controlled by combined use of air pressure and oil pressure. |
