<p>The room ventilator also acting as a heat exchanger, is also connected to a small heat pump. Inside a casing, formed by inner and outer panels (2,3), are two ducts (6,9) for fresh and stale air, divided by a panel (12) forming a heat exchanger member. Each duct houses a fan (13,14) and both fans are separately driven and controlled. At the outlet (8) for stale air is a cooling grid (16), and at the outlet (11) discharging fresh air into the room is a heating grid (17). At the inlet (10) to the fresh air duct (9) is a preheater (15) and, together with the cooler, is connected to the heat pump. At the fresh air outlet is a vertical filter layer (18) with a condensate trap (19) at the bottom. Another filter can be mounted at the fresh air inlet. The unit includes sound damping layers around the ducts, and it incorporates electrical connections.</p> |
