PURPOSE:To enable an advance detection of extraordinariness, by a method wherein a tendency of a change in water level in a tank is estimated to compare it with an alarm water level in the tank. CONSTITUTION:Liquid, flowing through a conduit 110, passes through a flow meter 120, flowing into a tank 130. The water level in the tank 130 is measured by means of a water level gauge 140, and the liquid flows through a flow meter 150 to flow out. Counters 160 and 180 for estimated value of a quantity of flow input flow- in amounts 100 and 200, respectively, and count estimated values 170 and 190 for flow-out amount obtained after a given time has elapsed. Additionally, a counter 210 for estimated value of water level counts an estimated value of water level from the estimated values 170, 190 and a water level 300 to compare it with the alarm water level in the tank 130, and in case an abnormal water level is estimated, an alarm 400 is outputted. |
