Picture holder with clamp and profiled strip - has swivelling profiled clamping rods securing picture without danger of damage

The picture holder comprises a profiled strip (2) and profiled clamping rods (3) which are mounted to swivel about a longitudinal axis of the strip (2) so that the swivel range is defined by one of the clamping faces (6) of the clamping rods adjoining a vertically aligned contact face (7) of the strip. Only one economically mass produced clamping rod is now required to hold the picture in the strip, the clamping rods requiring no guide since it only has to swivel about the longitudinal axis of the strip. The clamping rod can easily be swivelled by thumb pressure allowing easy removal and insertion of the pictures.
