PURPOSE:To stably and accurately control the rotation of a cylinder motor by providing a means which repeats addition/subtraction of a preliminarily set phase fine adjustment value in accordance with the direction of deviation of the phase of the motor from a target range to generate a correction signal at each time of detection of a phase deviation detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The counted value of a counter 5 is compared with a lower limit value and is compared with an upper limit value each time when a phase control timing pulse is outputted, and a phase correction signal Ei is generated by a detecting circuit 10, a correcting circuit 11, an adding circuit 12 if the counted value is smaller than the lower limit value or larger than the upper limit value. The phase correction signal Ei is added to a phase error signal Ep, and the phase of the cylinder motor is controlled by this corrected phase error signal Ep+Ei to lead a signal PG into the target range. Since the phase of the signal PG is led into the target range, the leading edge of the pulse of a signal REF is placed in the middle between leading edges of pulses of a signal FG, and disturbance of the servo is excluded to stably and accurately control the cylinder motor. |
