<p>PURPOSE:To preserve a food, by using an alginic acid compound with ethanol together. CONSTITUTION:An alginic acid compound, e.g. alginic acid, acidic sodium alginate, acidic calcium alginate, acid magnesium alginate or an acidic brown alga, is mixed with ethanol or both are separately at a time lag used in a marine product, marine fish paste product, livestock meat, processed livestock meat food, processed starchy food, processed soybean food, processed egg food, vegetables processed vegetables or fruits by the dipping, coating, spraying or kneading method. The concentration of the preservative is in the range of 0.1-5%.</p> |
