PURPOSE:To prevent overrevolutions of accessories when the engine rotates at high speed by coupling a carrier, driving pulley and sun gear with the input shaft, ring gear and friction plate, respectively, and by interposing a one-way clutch between the ring gear and sun gear. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 24 and a driving pulley 3 are coupled with the input shaft 2 and ring gear 22, respectively. Energization of a solenoid 29 will permit a friction plate 27 to come in contact with friction surface 30 to apply brakes to a rotary sleeve 15. A one-way clutch 32 is interposed between the sun gear 21 and ring gear 22, whereby the engine's number of revolution over a certain specified value will turn the solenoid 29 nonenergized and the sun gear 21 free. Accordingly, the differential motion becomes out of operation and the one-way clutch 32 carry the sun gear 21 solidly with the input shaft 2, and further the ring gear 22, namely driving pulley 3 is rotated solidly with the input shaft. |
