PURPOSE:To make automatic adjustment of an oscillated frequency to an objective value, by trimming a resonance circuit pattern conductor of an oscillator supported in oscillating state, while receiving and monitoring the electromagnetic waves radiated from this oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnetic waves 9 radiated to surrounding through the oscillation of an oscillator consisting of a gun diode 5 and a strip line resonator consisting of a pattern conductor 4 on a ceramic base 3, are received at a receiver with antenna 10, measured with a counter 11 and digitally displayed. On the other hand, the output of the counter 11 is applied to a laser driving circuit 14 via a D-A converter 12 and a comparator 13 so that a part of the pattern conductor 4 can be cut (trimming) to obtain the oscillating frequency to be an objective. |
