PURPOSE:To suppress the flow-out of varnish immersed in the coil for a dry type induction device and to equalize the immersion of the varnish by horizontally supporting and drying while rotating the coil in the drying step after immersing the varnish in the coil. CONSTITUTION:The coil of a dry type induction electric device is wound in a form, is then preliminarily dried, and is further immersed with varnish. The coil 1 is rotatably supported with the winding shaft 3 horizontally supported bia bearings 4, 5 in a drying room 2, and is dried with air and heat while rotating the coil with the shaft 3 as a center by suitable force. |
