PURPOSE:To suppress wasteful power consumption, by adding a means for preventing a power switch from being left on to a portable terminal device. CONSTITUTION:When the operator uses a portable terminal device, first a switch SW2 of a power supply 6 is turned on. Whe a telephone set is set to an audio coupler 1, first a microswitch S1 is closed, pwer supply is supplied to the audio coupler 1 and a printer 4 from the power supply 6, and a control section 8 detects that the switch S1 is closed and the power supply is applied to the printer 4 and transits to on-line state. Further, to prevent the operator from leaving the power switch S2 as on-state, the control section detects the off-state of the said switch S1 (end of on-line job) to produce alarm tone, and this alarm tone continues until the said power switch S2 is turned off to inform it to the operator. |
