PURPOSE:To decrease the effect of an input voltage against temporary change due to noise and surge, etc. by connecting a charge/discharge resistance between the output side of the 1st comparator and a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage e1 exceeds the 1st reference voltage es1, the output of the 1st comparator N1 is at high level, and a capacitor C is gradually charged. When a voltage across the capacitor C exceeds the 2nd reference voltage es2, the output of the 2nd comparator N2 is at high level to output a voltage e3 from a terminal E. When the input voltage e1 exceeds the 1st reference voltage es1 and does not go down, an output voltage e3 is obtained at a time t1 after a prescribed time from a time t0, but if a time before the time t1 smaller than the value exists, a delay of DELTAt is obtained at the time t2. On the other hand, even if the input voltage e1 after that is lower than the reference voltage es1, the capacitor C is discharged in the time constant of [(R0XR3)/(R0+R3)]XC, to avoid unnecessary restoration. |
