PURPOSE:To prepare an instant soft hamburger having beautiful appearance, immediately eatable by only heating it on a frying pan, etc. in a short time, by seasoning raw ingredients of hamburger and forming an orange coat of solid colored fats and oils on its surface. CONSTITUTION:Raw seasoned ingredients of hamburger which are prepared conventionally are molded into a desired shape and soaked in an edible oil heated at 80-100 deg.C for several tens minutes to carry out sterilization under heating, and cooled by a cooler for several tens minuts to give a heat-treated hamburger. While seasoned colored fats and oils or colored fats and oils are prepared from edible palm oil having a melting point 38 deg.C, soy, tomato processed food, e.g., tomato ketchup, pur ee, etc., emulsifying agent, etc. by a proper method and kept at 45-50 deg.C in molten state, and the heat-treated hamburger is instantly coated with the fats and oils. |
