PURPOSE:To automate office work processing by recording various kinds of processing codes in an envelope contg. merchandise such as a photograph and automatically reading it then printing out a slip such as a fare slip. CONSTITUTION:An envelope 2 attached with bar codes C1-C3 for the number of the store, the number of shees of films, and the sizes for enlargement is sent from a conveyor 1 to 3, is read in a code read part 4 and is outputted to an arithmetic control part 5. In the part 5, the data corresponding to the bar codes are drawn out from the part 4 and a data storage part 6, and these are printed out and a label is affixed to the envelope passing through a label issuing and affixing device 8. Since the calculation of fares, and the issuring and affixing of slips are continuously and automatically processed in this way, the efficiency of office work processing is improved. |
