PURPOSE:To promote the durability of the bead part of a captioned tire of a radial carcass structure for construction cars by arranging the turned-up end of a wire code at a specific position and the distribution of the thickness of a rubber outer cover of the bead part to satisfy specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A turned-up end 3 of a carcass 1 composed of a wire code turned up round a core 2 from inside to outside is positioned higher than a flange height h and lower than 3h. Meanwhile, the relation between a bead part reference width A obtained by measuring distance from the outer face of a bead part outer cover rubber 5 to the carcass 1 via the center of the bead core 2 in parallel with the rotational shaft of a tire, bead foot width RW, the side part maximum width SW, the bead part minimum rubber thickness B, and the bead part maximum rubber thickness C is constructed to satisfy a specific formula. This construction contributes to promote the durability of the bead part. |
