PURPOSE:To improve the relation between the frequency and the secondary higher harmonic distortion, by putting a capacitor into nearly a center part of a distribution constant circuit which functions as a bias supply lambda/4 line connected to the collector of a transistor or between the area near the center part and the earth. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor CP is connected to nearly a center part or to the area near the center part of a distribution circuit DCC which functions as a bias supply lambda/4 line and then earthed. Then the circuit DCC and the capacitor CP constitute a series resonance circuit to the secondary higher harmonic wave. As a result, the secondary higher harmonic wave can be lowered down to the earth without giving any effect to the band characteristics. |
