PURPOSE:To provide the titled grease having a conductive effect of long duration, with little occurrence of abnormal noise and being suitable as bearing grease, by blending a base oil with carbon black having a special hollow particle structure and providing an agglomeration state. CONSTITUTION:There is prepared carbon black such as Ketjen Black EC and Vulcan XC72 which has a particle size of 50-500Angstrom and a hollow particle structure having the dibutyl phthalate oil absorption number of 150ml/100g or more determined by the dibutyl phthalate absorption testing method and provides an agglomeration state. The base oil such as a mineral oil and a polyolester oil which has a resistivity of 1X10<14>OMEGA.cm or less at 80 deg.C and has relatively low insulating properties is blended with 2-40wt% of the carbon black, based on the base oil, to obtain the object conductive grease. Because the carbon black having a hollow particle structure soaks up the base oil in the interior of the hollow particles, the durability of the grease is upgraded. |
