PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance exciting current characteristic of the core for an insulating transformer by a method wherein the core for the transformer is constituted of an amorphous alloy containing the specified % of B, Si, Ni and the remain is consisted of Fe. CONSTITUTION:The wound core is manufactured with a thin belt of the amorphous alloy having composition of 6-14 atom % of B, 8-14 atom % of Si, 4-12 atom % of Ni, and the remain is consisted of Fe. Accordingly enhancement of capacity of an IC operational amplifier, etc., and miniaturization can be attained. |
