PURPOSE:To perform automatically winding of coils, alignment of wound elements and interwining of the ends of the windings, and to facilitate extremely manufacture of the coils by a method wherein an index table being provided with plural chucks arranged at an equal interval in the circumferential direction and being rotated intermittently is provided. CONSTITUTION:Eight bobbin chucks 6 are arranged on the circumferential face of the index table 5 at the equal interval in the circumferential direction protruding in the radial direction. The stopping positions of the chucks 6 when the table 5 is rotated intermittently are provided at eight positions of A-H, the A and B positions are made as blank positions, bobbins are fed at the C position, confirmation of existence of the bobbin is performed at the D position, a winding arm 7 to be rotated for the prescribed number of turns during the table is stopped is provided at the E position, an adhesive applying lever 10 at the position F and a block 11 at the position G are provided, and a reversed L-type rod 12 for regulation of connecting wire is provided between the positions G and H. Accordingly winding on the bobbin and intertwining of wire ends can be performed automatically, and the coil can be manufactured extremely easily. |
