<p>PURPOSE:To improve roll function and lower the cost by removing an outer mold after the silicone rubber injected into a clearance has set, and spray-coating the silicone rubber diluted with a solvent on the surface thereof thereby finishing the same. CONSTITUTION:An outer mold of a cylindrical shape is used for the outer side of a mandrel, and liquid silicone rubber is injected into the clearance thereof and is nolded. After the rubber has set, the outer mold is removed, and in the state or with application of rough polishing, the liquid silicone rubber diluted with a solvent is spray-coated on the surface thereof, whereby it is finished. Thereby, the need for long-time polishing except for rough polishing is eliminated, and this coupled with the improved roll function realize extremely large reduction of the cost.</p> |
