PURPOSE:To reduce a variation in torque by arranging a pair of auxiliary poles located in almost parallel with the lines passing through a 180-degree angle position in the electrical angle between a pair of main poles of a field magnet. CONSTITUTION:A pair of almost rectangular N and S auxiliary poles 3a, 3b located in parallel with lines S are arranged at the opposite sides of the center lines S in radiated direction and located at the position of the 180-degree electrical angle between main poles 2a, 2b. In this way, the border between the main poles 2a, 2b and the auxiliary poles 3a, 3b inclines for the radiant direction. Therefore, the working side of an exciting coil acrosses aslant the border to broaden the angle width of torque generated in the predetermined direction and a variation in the resulting torque formed by an outward path and an inward path can be reduced. |
