<p>The credit card carries the names of the various organisations with whom the card is accredited, together with the name and signature of the holder. The card is valid for a year and can be withdrawn on demand and the holder pays an annual fee to the credit card company. The card is designed to increase the number of air tickets which are sold and hence allow the airlines to carry a higher passenger load per aircraft with a subsequent reduction in cost. It is aimed at the budget and tourist air fare market.</p> |
