The casing protects ampoules when they are placed in ovens for laboratory tests. The casing is designed in such a way that after heating, the tapered end of the tube can be sawn without having to remove the tube from the casing. The casing is cylindrical with one conical end (9) closed by a hollow stopper. The tube is introduced into the other end which is closed by a stopper. A spring keeps the tube still. After heating, the hollow stopper is removed and the tapered end of the tube appears. Alternatively, the conical end is a removable ring and the other end is a wall of the cylinder.
