PURPOSE:To decrease the switching time, by removing the storage carrier of a switching transistor(TR) with the voltage of the ternary winding of a transformer, provided at an output of a TR for driving a switching TR. CONSTITUTION:When a TRQ2 is turned on, a base current iB flows to a TRQ1, and a collector current iC flows and an induced voltage VN2 is produced in the secondary winding N2 of a current transformer T2. Thus, the collector current flows to the TRQ2, the base current iB is increased and the TRQ1 is rapidly turned on. When the TRQ2 is turned off, the base current iB is not supplied, each winding voltage is increased and the induced voltage VN3 of the ternary winding N3 conducts a diode D to remove the storage carrier of the TRQ1. Thus, the TRQ1 is rapidly turned off. |
