PURPOSE:To stably arrange a shielded wire and control firing discharge between electrodes by providing a concave groove section in which th shielded wire is housed on the rear of insulated glass. CONSTITUTION:A concave groove section 8a is provided on the rear of insulated glass 8 on which the electrode support section of a G3 electrode 4 is deposited and fixed in the direction vertical to the long direction of the insulated glass 8. Within this concave groove section 8a, one end section side of a shielded wire 9 whose other end is connected to the G3 electrode 4 is housed and arranged. In this case, the depth of this concave groove section 8a is deeper than the diameter of the shielded wire 9. The shielded wire 9 housed in the concave groove section 8a is shaped, housed, and arranged so that it cannot be protruded outside from this concave groove section 8a. |
