PURPOSE:To completely burn with no environmental pollution due to noxious gas and as well as enable to effectively supply warming heat by a system wherein devices such as a hopper, a heat exchanger, a dust collector and the like are respectively and independently provided and connected with one after another. CONSTITUTION:Scrap rubber tyres are cut into small pieces with proper size into tyre chips and thrown into the hopper 1. And the tyre chips within the hopper 1 are scooped up by a bucket conveyor 3 and transferred to a chute 12 at the upper part of the hopper 1. Then the chips slide down the clute 12 to the combustion part 15 in the primary heat exchange chamber 11 and catch fire to burn. At this time, the combustion air is supplied, by means of a blower 18 through a blast pipe 17 and an air supply pipe 23 with a large number of small holes, to the combustion part 15. The combustion gas produced due to the burning within the combustion part 15 is led through a passage 30 to the secondary combustion chamber 29 in the secondary heat exchange chamber 26 to be completely burnt. After that, dust in the combustion gas is collected by the dust collector 37 and only the clean gas is discharged from an exhaust tube 39. |
