PURPOSE:To provide a device that can easily and quickly polish blade edges of intricate blade edge lines by providing a freely removable electrolytic polishing bath tank, supporting bars for suspending the blades to be polished, and a power source for flowing direct current between these and the cathode integrally to a boxlike body. CONSTITUTION:An electrolytic polishing bath tank 2 like a pallet made of a synthetic resin is put into a boxlike body 1 made of metal having opening at the top of a size that permits placement on a disk. An operating part 3 is provided to the front part thereof and circuits of a power source transformer 4 and the like are built therein. A polishing bath 20 is beforehand stored into the tank 2, and the blade tip 21 of a metal-made blade A of iron or the like which permits electrolytic polshing is suspended to supporting bars 13, and is immersed together with a cathode plate 27 into the bath 20. These are respectively connected to anode and cathode terminals 10, 11. Next, when, for example, a switch SW0 for manual operation is turned to the (a), (b) terminal sides, large voltage for polishing and slight voltage for preventing deterioration can be outputted respectively across the terminals 10 and 11. Voltage and current values are indicated by a voltmeter 6 and an ammeter 7, respectively. |
