PURPOSE:To make the channel selection easy, by extending the center of a dial scale, through a series connection of a variable resistor for VHF high and low band with fixed resistors. CONSTITUTION:A switch 41 switching a VHF high band and a VHF low band, and variable resistors 45, 44 for VHF and UHF band selection are connected triply. The VHF band variable resistor 45 consists of high and low band resistors 43, 42 on the same board and they are connected in series via a fixed resistor 82. The resistance value of the resistor 82 is decided by the lower and upper limit voltage for high and low bands. The slider of the variable resistors 44, 45 is connected to a tuning voltage supply terminal Vt of a tuner 1 via diodes 48, 49 for separation. Semifixed resistors 81, 83 are for dial scale adjustment. |
