PURPOSE:To cut and connect tapes easily and accurately by slicing positioned and superposed tapes and by making side cuts in an arc shape together with an adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A tab 5 and a magnetic tape 4 positioned by tape guides 12- are set beyond a passing groove 21 to superpose their end part on each other. Then, as arm 13 is laid down to set a tape cutting block 14 and in this state, turning a knob 15 slices the tab 4 and tape 5 with a cutter 24 passing through a passing groove 21 from a cutter window 16. After the arm 13 is set upright to remove cut pieces, an adhesive tape fitted to a shaft 17 is adhered to the tape and the arm 13 is laid down again; while the block 14 is pressed, a lever 20 is moved to the right to make arc- shaped side cuts of prescribed size with cutters 27 moving along passing grooves 22, so that tapes are cut and connected together easily and accurately. |
