PURPOSE:To adjust the width of a water passage of a nose section of a baffle plate, to produce turbulence in cooling water and to uniformalize a cooling effect by mounting the baffle plate into a cooling hole for a core die movably. CONSTITUTION:The baffle plate 6A, a lower section thereof has a screw plug 9, is screwed movably in the cooling hole for the core die 2A. The baffle plate 6A is moved vertically in response to a forming condition, the width C of the water passage of the nose section of the baffle plate is adjusted, turbulence is produced in cooling water passing through a blind alley section 4a, heat trnsmission is promoted and the temperature of the surface of the core die 2A is uniformalized. The die is particularly proper to the manufacture of a deep product such as a bucket. The baffle plate 6A is moved vertically by inserting a driver into a groove 12 and turning the screw plug 9. |
