PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, by stopping a partial operation of an electronic apparatus when the illumination intensity of the light incident to a solar battery is lowered to detect the illumination intensity of the light just before nonoperation of the electronic apparatus, in respect to the electronic apparatus using the solar battery. CONSTITUTION:An output V1 of solar batteries 1a-1k is stabilized by a power supply stabilizing circuit 3 of an electronic apparatus 2 and is supplied to an operating part CPU, a driver part DR, a printer P, and a control circuit part C. The illumination intensity of the light incident to solar batteries 1a-1k is detected by the control circuit part C; and when the illumination intensity of the light and output voltages V1 and V2 of solar batteries are lowered and the illumination intensity of the light just before nonoperation of the electronic apparatus 2 is detected in the control circuit C by the output voltage V, operations of the driver DR and the printer P are stopped by the detection output, and only an operating circuit CPV is operated to protect data, and thus, malfunctions are prevented. |
