发明名称 PREPARATION OF POSITIVE ELECTRODE FOR SOLID ELECTROLYTE BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a positive electrode with high strength by mixing a powder mixture composed of a specific inorganic filler obtained through specific treatment and fluorinated polyolefine particles with a specific phase of iodine-1-alkylpyridinium electron transfer complex and by press-molding it. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous suspension of an inorganic filler such as silica gel, alumina gel, or titanium oxide is mixed with an aqueous suspension of fluorinated polyolefine, agitated, filtered, and solid material comprising the mixture is dried at 180-280 deg.C in a vacuum to dehydrate. For example, an aqueous suspension comprising 10pts.wt. of silica gel powder and 5pts.wt. of distilled water is mixed with an aqueous suspension containing 60wt% of fluorinated polyolefine. The dried and dehydrated powder mixture is mixed with liquid phase or solid-liquid coexisting phase comprising iodine and 1-alkylpyridinium to form a positive compound powder, and the powder is press-molded to form a positive electrode 2. Thus, a thin positive electrode with excellent bonding and high strength can be obtained.
