PURPOSE:To make soft-boiled eggs eatable without the scattering of eggshells when they are broken, by bonding stickers to the seasoned soft-boiled eggs. CONSTITUTION:Raw eggs are soaked in a solution of salt and chemical seasoning in water for about one week and taken out. The eggs are heated at about 63-65 deg.C for about 20-30min to make them half-boiled state, stickers are bonded to the tops of the eggs. |
