PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm having a good balance in terms of strength with a stabilized quality, by cutting a cone material paper after obtaining a coincidence between fan-shaped cutting part and the lateral direction orthogonal to the logitudinal direction of the manufactured paper. CONSTITUTION:A manufactured paper 1 has a large strength in the longitudinal direction A and a small strength in the lateral direction orthogonal to the direction A. In this connection, a cone material paper 3 is cut out of the paper 1 as shown by a dotted line after obtaining a coincidence between a fan-shaped cutting part 2 and the direction B. Thus a part having a small strength can be excluded out of the paper 3 by the part 2. Such paper 3 is then stuck together via end parts 2a and 2a of the part 2 to obtain a cone diaphragm of a head-cut cone 4. In such way of production, the part of a small strength can be excluded to ensure a good balance in terms of strength along with no fear of malformation. Thus a cone diaphragm having a highly stable quality is obtained. |
