PURPOSE:To enable the temperature distribution at an objective portion to be accurately measured, by receiving the light from the portion being measured by means of a linear array formed by arranging a plurality of photoelectric transducers in a row, and enlarging the time widths of the output signals therefrom in order to facilitate the processing of the signals. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from an object 5 being measured is received by a linear array 3 formed by arranging a plurality of photoelectric transducers 4. Because control signals 2 are successively outputted from a driving circuit 1 to the respective photoelectric transducers 4, the output signals 9 corresponding to the received light quantities are inputted to an input circuit 10 from the respective photoelectric transducers 4, Because the pulse-shaped output signals from the input circuit 10 have narrow time widths, the time widths are enlarged in a smaple- holding circuit 11. Moreover, the nonuniformity of the respective photoelectric output characteristics is corrected in a correcting circuit 13. The output signals therefrom are corrected, in an emissivity-correcting circuit 17, by using an emissivity prescribed according to the object to the measured, and converted into temperature signals in a linearizer 19. |
