PURPOSE:To enable easier setting control of an irradiation frequency to a specimen to be detected by a method the frequency of a free induction damping (FID) signal of a reference specimen is measured, and the position of the reference specimen is grasped through the addition to the irradiation frequency at the measuring time. CONSTITUTION:Pulses are outputted 2 times from a pulse generator 14. In the case of the first pulse, an optional irradiation frequency is outputted from a phase lock loop oscillator (PLL) 1 and an FID signal, having a frequency difference between the position of a reference specimen and the irradiation frequency thereupon, is obtained. The frequency of the FID signal is coded by means of an encoder 10, and simultaneously, an output of a converter 13 is also set in a counter 2 and is added by a full frequency of the FID signal to the output frequency of the PLL 1. The second pulse is then transmitted, and the frequency at that time is caused to coincide with the position of the reference specimen. The frequency of the FID signal goes to a 0, and thereby the counter 2 indicates the frequency of the position of the reference specimen in a manner to be left as it is. This constitution permits the easier setting control of the irradiation frequency. |
